Description
The ZYBIO Lyse Z5 LD is an in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagent designed for use with the ZYBIO Z5 series hematology analyzer platform. It works by selectively lysing red blood cells in a blood sample, enabling accurate detection and differentiation of white blood cells during automated complete blood count (CBC) testing.
This reagent is CE marked for IVD use and intended exclusively for professional laboratory and clinical diagnostic settings. Do not ingest – harmful if swallowed; in case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Reagent and sample volume ratios should not be altered and should be adjusted only according to the specific analyzer instrument being used. Waste liquid generated after the reagent reaction should be collected and disposed of in a centralized manner according to relevant local regulations.
Store between 4°C and 30°C, avoid freezing during transport and storage, and do not leave the bottle uncovered for extended periods. Inspect before use and discontinue use if flocculent sediment, turbidity, or other abnormal appearance is observed.
